Responsibilities
The Financial Services Department manages and accounts for the City's financial resources. The department is responsible for:

• Preparing and monitoring the Annual Budget Report 
• Investing city funds to protect assets Investment Reports
• Maintaining fiscal liquidity 
• Maximizing income in compliance with all governing financial and accounting laws

In addition, the department provides daily financial operations for the City, such as payroll, accounts payable, debt administration and financial reporting.
