The Rowlett Arts and Humanities Commission sponsors an annual art exhibit for students in kindergarten though high school. This exhibit recognizes talented young artists as well as their art teachers. The exhibit encourages young artists, validates their work, and helps parents and community members become more aware of the visual arts programs in our schools.
