Adopted Codes – For Residential and Commercial
On November 4, 2008, the Rowlett City Council approved ordinances that updated the Building and Fire Codes used by the City of Rowlett. Builders and contractors must follow these international codes when completing a job. Below are the new codes and approved amendments that shall be used when submitting plans for permitting.
