The City of Rowlett offers online bill payment in addition to payment by mail, phone, drop boxes, and in person at our billing office. 

Online (one-time or recurring payments)
Our online bill payment website allows you to make one-time or recurring payments with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or ACH (checking or savings).  Go to our online bill pay site to view and pay your bill. If you are already registered, be sure to have your user name and password on-hand. First time users will need to register their account.

Drop Box or In Person
Payments may be taken to our drop boxes located at the Billing Office or at Albertson's on Dalrock Road and Lakeview Parkway.  Payments are picked up from our drop boxes at 5:00 am, Monday through Friday.  Payments can also be made in person at the Billing Office located at 4004 Main Street.  

Coming Soon - 24/7 Telephone Access!!!

You asked for it and now it's right around the corner.  City staff is working diligently to implement a self-service telephone response system that will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Whether you are commuting home from work, rushing the kids to soccer practice or in the middle of an important business meeting, you will soon have access to your account information (due dates, amounts owed) and be able to make payments over the phone in real-time. 

ATTENTION:  Please do not use the drop boxes for submitting payments if your services have been interrupted due to non-payment.
