Welcome to the City of Rowlett’s Health Services Unit. The City has a full-time Environmental Health Specialist who is in charge of all food service inspections for schools, day care facilities, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and mobile vendor vehicles.  The Environmental Health Specialist also provides inspections for foster homes.

Other Concerns
Mr. Tilger is also involved with on-site sewage facility complaints and mosquito-vector control issues. If you have a complaint or a question concerning a septic tank system, mosquitoes or other nuisance insects, please contact him.
