Insurance -City-paid employee’s dental and health insurance -City supplements for portion of dependent premiums of health & dental insurance. -Life insurance paid by the city, 1X annual salary -Long-term disability @ 40% of monthly income is city-paid. Short term is offered.
Longevity Pay -$4 per month starting on the 13 month and up to 25 yrs. of service. RETIREMENT (TMRS) -Texas Municipal Retirement System at 7% employee contribution with 14% City contribution at retirement. Fully vested after 5 years.
