All traffic signals on State Highway 66 (Lakeview Parkway) are owned and controlled by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).  To report traffic signal problems on State Highway 66, you may either contact TxDOT directly at 972-771-9911, or you may contact Public Works/Utilities at the phone number provided above, and we will report the problem to TxDOT on your behalf.  For after-hours assistance, please contact Police Dispatch at 972-412-6200.
