The Streets Division of the Public Works/Utilities Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of public streets and alleys. How do I report potholes?
Potholes in streets and alleys should be reported to Public Works/Utilities at the number listed above. Please include the location of the pothole and indicate whether or not you noticed reinforcement bar being exposed or sticking up.
What should I know about high water covering streets or alleys?
Public Works/Utilities provides barricades for high water and as requested by the Police Department. If you are not sure about the depth of water at any location, do not drive through it.
How do I report debris in streets?
Contact Public Works/Utilities at the phone number provided above. Crews will be dispatched to remove the debris.
Who mows City property?
The Parks Department oversees all of the mowing in the City, You may contact the Parks Department at 972-412-6145.
