Further, the Marshal’s Office will relentlessly pursue and bring to Justice those persons with outstanding warrants in order to insure the credibility of the Court, and encourage accountability among our citizens.     Organizational Values: The Rowlett City Marshal’s Office recognizes the importance of the Municipal Court in the Texas Criminal Justice System. The Marshal’s Office will support our Criminal Justice system by acting at all times and in all matters with dedication to service and duty, displayed through professionalism, courage, and integrity.  The Marshal’s Office will treat all persons with dignity and respect, in an impartial and firm manner as due the interests of Justice.
