The City of Rowlett has a full time Environmental Health Specialist who is in charge of all food service inspections for schools, day care facilities, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and mobile vendor vehicles. All permits for these establishments are issued through the City of Rowlett Health Services Division.
