Rowlett First City to Adopt ILA Paving the Way for PGBT Eastern Extension
Rowlett is the first of three cities along the Eastern Extension to sign the Inter-local Agreement (ILA) with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA). The Eastern Extension of PGBT has long been a significant component in Rowlett's economic development efforts. The PGBT will provide mobility and spur economic development opportunities throughout our region making Rowlett the gateway to the North Texas region.
