Lake Ray Hubbard Take Area Project

The Take Area is the land between the Take Line (usually the rear lot line of your property) and the normal Lake pool elevation (435.5 feet above sea level). This land is owned by the City of Dallas and is leased to the City of Rowlett, who, in turn, may sublease to property owners adjacent to the lake (Ordinance 3-19-02D, as amended).
