How do I get a copy of a criminal offense report or an incident report?
Most events investigated by or reported to the Rowlett Police Department result in the creation of some type of written report. In general, reports are separated according to whether there was a criminal violation of some law or if there was some notable incident that justified written documentation. You may obtain a copy of a criminal offense report or an incident report by contacting the Rowlett Police Department Records Section in person at 4401 Rowlett Road. They are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Copies of offense reports are provided at the cost of 10 cents per page. Requests must include information to identify the report (i.e., the incident number), date and location of the offense or the complainant's name. You may also make a request by Email or
